Allegations of Safety Protocol Non-Compliance

He confirmed that the building under construction belongs to Medicity Private Hospital. The councillor alleged that the project management failed to fulfill mandatory safety regulations and guidelines during the excavation and structural development phases, which ultimately led to the catastrophic cave-in.
Councillor Harvinder Singh noted that municipal authorities immediately alerted the local police station and administrative officials, prompting officers to arrive promptly at the scene to coordinate rescue efforts. He stated, "They are building Medicity Private Hospital here, but they have not fulfilled any rules and nothing was done properly."
