Overseen by the Jaipur Development Authority, the site will soon host an innovative public chaupati and family leisure zone developed at an estimated budget of Rs 6.37 crore. The initiative aligns directly with the vision of Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, who is focusing on setting up vibrant recreational hubs across Jaipur where families can gather, unwind, and dine in pleasant outdoor surroundings.
Culinary Variety Driven by 15 Food Trucks
Central to this new complex will be a dynamic culinary experience arranged to provide maximum variety without compromising open movement. Planners have mapped out space for a total of 15 food trucks distributed across both sides of the area, supported by a dedicated food truck zone spanning roughly 140 square meters. This organized setup allows visitors to explore diverse cuisines in a single walkable setting, creating a go-to evening venue for food enthusiasts from across the city.
Walking Track, Play Area, and Cultural Amphitheatre
The development goes far beyond a standard food street by integrating expansive open-air leisure zones. Fitness enthusiasts and casual strollers will have access to a dedicated pedestrian walking track measuring approximately 1804 square meters. To preserve lush surroundings, an open garden covering roughly 1200 square meters is being landscaped alongside it. Families with young children will benefit from a dedicated play area measuring about 600 square meters. Furthermore, cultural gatherings, artistic performances, and community activities will be hosted at an open amphitheatre occupying around 200 square meters.
Modern Entry Plaza and Civic Amenities
Visitors entering the venue will be greeted by an entry plaza and seating area planned across roughly 662 square meters, offering ample comfortable rest points. The blueprint also incorporates well-paved connecting pathways, reliable drinking water stations, and modern restroom facilities. The planning authority emphasized that every element of this infrastructure is designed specifically to protect and highlight the historic green identity of Ramniwas Bagh.

This initiative represents a novel public space concept within Rajasthan, blending organized street food culture with extensive community park infrastructure.
