The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released crucial updates regarding the re-examination for Sub-Inspector and Platoon positions. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on September 20. The commission has decided to hold the test in two separate shifts. Candidates will be able to check their designated exam districts by logging into the SSO portal starting September 13. Meanwhile, the admit cards for the examination will be officially released on September 17, and aspirants will be able to download them from both the RPSC website and the SSO portal.
Shift Timings And Question Paper Structure
On September 20, the General Hindi examination will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Following this, the General Knowledge and General Science paper will be conducted from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the second shift. To assist candidates with the newly introduced structure, an extra 10 minutes of additional time will be provided in both question papers specifically for filling out the fifth option correctly.
Strict Entry Timelines At Exam Centres
The commission has strongly advised all candidates to reach their respective examination centres on time. Entry inside the examination hall will only be permitted up to 60 minutes before the commencement of the test. Aspirants have been instructed to arrive at the exam venue roughly 2 hours in advance to ensure that security checks and biometric verification processes are completed smoothly without any hassle.
Mandatory Guidelines For Identification And Photographs
Candidates must carry their original Aadhaar card featuring a recent colour photograph to the examination centre. If the photograph on the Aadhaar card appears outdated or unclear, carrying an alternative photo identification card becomes mandatory. In addition to this, candidates are required to paste a fresh colour photograph directly onto their admit cards.
Warning Against Fraudsters And Helpline Numbers
The commission has issued a stern warning advising aspirants not to fall prey to brokers and middlemen. Officials stated that if any individual demands a bribe in exchange for clearing the exam, the matter must be reported to the authorities immediately. To facilitate this, the commission has established dedicated control room numbers including 0145-2635200, 0145-2635212, and 0145-2635255.
