A disturbing incident in the Nawalgarh area of Jhunjhunu district, Rajasthan, has left the local community in shock. A son allegedly murdered his mother in a cold-blooded attack inside their home located opposite the Agricultural Produce Market. The accused repeatedly stabbed his mother, resulting in her death. Following the violent act, the perpetrator reportedly contacted his sister and brother-in-law by phone to inform them about what he had done, leading the police to intervene and take the suspect into custody immediately.

The victim has been identified as Prabhavati Devi, while the suspect, Rajveer, is currently in police detention. Early reports indicate that Rajveer suffered from substance abuse issues. He was employed in the PWD department on compassionate grounds following the passing of his father. Although he hailed originally from Singnaur village in the Gudhagaurji region, he had been residing in a house he built near the market in Nawalgarh.

Separate stabbing incident in Pindwara
In a separate criminal report from Rajasthan, an assault occurred in the Pindwara township of Sirohi district. Around 10:45 PM on Wednesday, two unidentified assailants intercepted a pedestrian between the bus stand and the Janpur intersection to commit robbery. When the victim resisted the attempt, the attackers stabbed him multiple times, leaving him critically injured. The victim was transported to a local hospital for medical care, while the perpetrators escaped from the scene.
