The outcome carries political significance as Todaraisingh falls within the home region of Cabinet Minister Kanhaiyalal Choudhary.
A similar political shift occurred in the Sikar Municipal Council area. In Ward number 65, BJP candidate Pinki Pawar suddenly withdrew her candidacy. Her withdrawal left Congress candidate Maya Devi as the sole remaining contender, leading to her un-contested election as councillor. In Ward number 69 of the Bikaner Municipal Corporation, procedural confusion led to the rejection of Congress candidate Mamata's nomination form. Amid uncertainty over receiving the official party symbol in time, Mamata initially filed her nomination representing the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party. Although Congress subsequently issued her its authorization symbol, she did not secure the RLP symbol, leading to technical contradictions that caused the returning officer to reject her nomination. Consequently, BJP candidate Leela Gehlot secured an unopposed victory in the ward.
