As part of this national allocation framework, 15 percent of the total seat capacity at the Government Ayurvedic College in Sikar, Rajasthan, is now open to prospective students from all Indian states.

This centralized counseling mechanism provides a transparent national platform for candidates aiming to pursue education in traditional systems of medicine. Expert Career Counselor Vinod Verma explained that the process enables students from across the country to compete for seats at the Government Ayurvedic College in Sikar on an equal footing. Furthermore, the National Institute of Ayurveda, located in Rajasthan, stands as one of India's premier national healthcare education centers. All seats available at this national institute are allocated strictly through the All India Quota central counseling process. The 15 percent quota at Sikar's government Ayurveda institution will similarly be filled using this uniform central counseling protocol.
Round One Counseling Schedule and Reporting Deadlines
The initial round of the counseling procedure plays a pivotal role in securing preferred institution seats. Candidates seeking admission in the first phase must complete their online registration and fee submission by September 13. Simultaneously, option entry and choice filling for preferred colleges and courses will remain open from September 9 to September 13. The committee will release the official seat allotment results for Round 1 on September 16. Successful applicants who receive a seat allocation must physically report to their respective colleges between September 17 and September 23 to complete document verification and formal admission. Subsequently, the verified joint candidate dataset for Round 1 will be published on September 24.
Round Two Admission Schedule and Key Milestones
Following the conclusion of the first phase, the secondary counseling round will commence immediately. Registration, fee payment, and choice selection for Round 2 will take place from September 26 through September 30. The seat allotment list for the second round is scheduled to be announced on October 2. Candidates who secure a seat in this phase are required to complete physical reporting at their allocated colleges between October 3 and October 9. This round provides a valuable second opportunity for candidates looking to secure a seat or transition to alternate preferred choices.
Round Three Upgradation Rules and Security Forfeiture Penalty
The third and final round of the counseling schedule will be conducted from October 14 to October 29, encompassing registration, choice filling, seat allocation, and final institute reporting. Candidates who joined their allotted institutions during Round 1 or Round 2 will have the option to upgrade their seat preferences up to Round 3 to secure higher-choice colleges. However, candidates must adhere strictly to the finality of Round 3. Allotment in the third round is binding, and candidates who fail to join their assigned college will face immediate forfeiture of their security deposit along with complete disqualification from subsequent admission proceedings. Consequently, candidates are strongly advised to execute all registration, choice filing, fee payment, and physical reporting tasks well within the prescribed deadlines.
