The individuals facing charges have been identified as Ram Shankar Yadav, also known as Tinnu Yadav, alongside Ramashankar Mishra, Subhash Srivastava, and Anukalp Mishra. The list of detainees also includes Lavkush Mishra, Manish Yadav, Avinash Shukla, and Karunesh Pandey.
