A strict administrative action has been executed in connection with the sensational triple murder case in the Saadatganj area of Lucknow. The Lucknow Development Authority has sealed the residence of the accused after declaring the property an illegal construction. The building has been sealed from all sides while a heavy deployment of police force along with multiple senior officials remained present at the spot. A bulldozer action was also carried out at the house of the accused in this triple murder case to enforce strong action.
What is the Entire Incident?
This horrifying incident unfolded on a Monday morning at around 10:30 AM in the capital of Uttar Pradesh. A minor dispute erupted into indiscriminate firing in the Brahmin Tola and Naubasta locality under the Saadatganj police station jurisdiction. The violent episode resulted in the tragic deaths of three individuals belonging to the same family, sending shockwaves through the neighborhood. The victims who lost their lives were identified as Shivaji Tiwari, his son Suyash Tiwari, and his brother Shivendra Tiwari alias Shambhu.
According to the background, an ongoing dispute had already existed between Shivaji Tiwari and their neighbor Rishabh Shukla regarding the construction of a platform near a banyan tree outside their house. Amidst this simmering tension, Suyash parked his car under the same banyan tree on Monday, which further escalated matters.
According to Lucknow Police Commissioner Tarun Gaba, Shivendra Tiwari alias Shambhu had gone to offer water at a temple at around 10:30 AM on Monday when he got into a confrontation with Rishabh Shukla. Hearing the commotion, Shivaji Tiwari also stepped outside his house. Rishabh Shukla is accused of opening fire first on Shambhu and Shivaji Tiwari, and subsequently shooting at Suyash when he rushed outside upon hearing the gunshots. Shivaji and Suyash died on the spot, while Shivendra Tiwari alias Shambhu succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
Wedding Preparations Shattered and Arrest of the Accused
The tragedy brought an unimaginable wave of grief to the victims' family, turning joyous occasions into absolute devastation. Suyash was scheduled to get married on December 5, and a pre-wedding ritual had been performed at his home just a day prior to the incident. Instead of wedding celebrations, three funeral pyres emerged from the same house, plunging the community into mourning. The police had previously arrested the main accused, Rishabh Shukla, in connection with the crime. Reports regarding the background of the accused indicated that he had earlier worked in the merchant navy.
What began as a petty neighborhood argument culminated in a massive tragedy that wiped out three members of a family. The local administration has now tightened the noose legally by sealing the illegal portions of the accused's property and utilizing bulldozers, setting a stern precedent against violent crimes in the region.
