A massive, state-wide tree plantation drive is commencing in Uttar Pradesh today, July 12, 2026. This year’s plantation event is organized under the theme 'One Tree in Mother's Name' (Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam). He noted that this historic campaign involves the coordinated efforts of 26 different state departments.
