Dr. Sandeep Singh, who served as a general surgeon at a Community Health Centre in Kanpur Dehat, used his licensed revolver to shoot himself in the chest at Blossom Apartments in Nirala Nagar on October 4. Police Commissioner Raghubir Lal stated that the fatal act occurred after an argument with his wife, Kanchan.
