Out of the three allocated units, two have been reserved for farmers belonging to the General Category. The remaining one unit has been earmarked for beneficiaries belonging to the Extremely Backward Class (EBC). Under the scheme guidelines, general category beneficiaries will receive a 50 percent financial subsidy on the purchase price of the machine, while EBC beneficiaries will be entitled to a higher subsidy of up to 70 percent.

On the other hand, a beneficiary from the Extremely Backward Class (EBC) will get a subsidy of Rs 35,000, reducing their personal contribution to just Rs 15,000. Nagendra Kumar advised farmers to purchase only certified, high-quality aerator machines to ensure longevity and optimal performance. He also emphasized that proper maintenance and careful operation of the electrical unit are essential to get the best results and ensure the machine lasts for many years.
