Ram Madhav has been made the in-charge for Uttarakhand, marking his active engagement in state affairs. Meanwhile, senior strategist Sunil Bansal has been assigned the leadership responsibilities for West Bengal and Telangana, focusing on strengthening the party's regional organizational apparatus.

To support ground-level execution, the party also designated co-in-charges in key regions. In Chhattisgarh, Siddharth Shambhu has been appointed as co-in-charge alongside Smriti Irani. Demonstrating a concentrated focus on Uttar Pradesh, four co-in-charges have been deployed to oversee the sprawling state organization, ensuring consistent monitoring down to the booth and mandal tiers.
