A shocking incident in the Samtanagar area of Kandivali East, Mumbai, has led to the arrest of a suspect in the murder of a minor girl. The Mumbai Police successfully apprehended the individual within 24 hours of discovering the crime. The arrested man, who works as a delivery boy, was reportedly in a relationship with the victim. Body of Minor Found in Hilly Terrain
The case surfaced on Friday morning when police received information about a girl’s body located in the hilly region behind the Damunagar area. Upon receiving the alert, officers from the Samtanagar Police station and the Crime Branch arrived at the scene immediately. The area was cordoned off to ensure that scientific evidence could be properly preserved. After the crime scene investigation was concluded, the body was transported to a hospital for a post-mortem examination. Once the medical formalities are complete, the victim’s remains will be handed over to her grieving family.
