He stated that the entire Ram Mandir is under Champat Rai's control and that the most serious allegations in the donation theft case are being levelled against him. Despite all this, Kejriwal asked, why has Champat Rai not been removed from his position? He went further and suggested that some form of fear is behind the inaction, though his post was cut off before he could complete that thought.
