- Special help camps will be organized at the block level on the first and third Tuesday of every month, with a mandatory requirement that all applications received be resolved within a 30-day timeframe.
- Construction for new medical colleges and hospitals via the PPP mode is targeted to begin in all districts before the month of March.
- District-level committees will be constituted based on the suggestions received from the 20-point program and the Citizen's Council.
- NDA leaders and workers will actively collaborate to promote the state-wide initiative of making every household solar-powered.
- A target has been set to issue new ration cards to one crore eligible families across the state.
