A significant step has been taken in Bhadali Kheda of Bhilwara district to promote women's skills and empower them financially. Under Rajeevika, Raj Sakhi Mart has been launched here, providing rural women with a major platform to sell products made with their own hands. The main feature of this mart is that various local products such as pickles, spices, sharbat, soap, and jute bags are available under a single roof. This unique initiative is not only giving proper recognition to the hard work of women but also providing a commercial direction to their talent.
A wide range of indigenous and handmade products
Raj Sakhi Mart manager Kanchan Luhar shared details, stating that a long range of products prepared by women associated with self-help groups is available here. These particularly include traditional pickles, amla candy, rose sharbat, fennel sharbat, various types of pure spices, chemical-free soaps, and eco-friendly jute bags. Women prepare all these items meticulously with their own hands. In addition, the mart also features folk art and local items from different parts of Rajasthan, giving buyers plenty of choices.
Famous handicraft items from other districts also available
The scope of this mart is not limited to the local level alone; traditional arts from other districts of Rajasthan have also been included. Customers can visit and purchase famous handmade jutis from Dausa, beautiful bangles from Jhalawar, and products made from the soil of Molela in Rajsamand district. Along with this, various types of plates prepared by women groups are also kept for sale. In this way, the center has become an excellent confluence of rural art and craftsmanship from across the state, rather than just Bhilwara.
Local products available at affordable prices
According to manager Kanchan Luhar, all the products available at the mart are offered at very affordable and reasonable prices so that common people can easily shop. Customers visiting the place are picking up different items according to their daily needs and preferences. As people learn more about this mart, the number of buyers and their interest is continuously increasing. This growing support is providing women entrepreneurs with better opportunities to sell their goods, improving their standard of living.

Mandal Panchayat Samiti Development Officer Gulab Singh Gurjar explained about this project that Raj Sakhi Mart is the first such center of its kind in the Mandal region. Around 25 to 50 types of products from various groups associated with Rajeevika are displayed and kept for sale at a single place in this mart. The main objective of this entire scheme is to provide ample opportunities for women to move forward on the basis of their skills and become economically independent. Special training is also being provided to women by the Rural Livelihoods Development Council from time đến time so that they can become more proficient in their work. Through this mart, immense help is being provided in bringing goods produced in rural areas directly to the consumer market.
