For many years, this critical registration department was constrained to operate out of a single, highly inadequate, and cramped room situated within the older local tehsil premises. That previous setup was notoriously plagued by severe structural issues, most notably severe waterlogging during the annual monsoon season. The flooding not only brought essential government work to a grinding halt for days on end but also caused immense frustration and hardship for people traveling from remote villages for urgent tasks. With the transition to this newly built, secure infrastructure, all those recurring weather-related disruptions, structural vulnerabilities, and severe space constraints have been permanently eliminated.

Alongside the opening of the new, modernized workspace, the government has officially rolled out a series of significant stamp duty exemptions designed to provide direct financial relief to various segments of society.
