Tragedy Strikes Hotel Bidishini

Firefighters and emergency services were rushed to the scene immediately after receiving the alarm and successfully brought the blaze under control. Police teams from both the Tarapith and Rampurhat police stations coordinated the emergency response. Rescuers evacuated several injured survivors from the building and transported them to Rampurhat Government Medical College and Hospital for urgent treatment.
Electrical Short Circuit Suspected as Cause
