Migrant workers residing in major industrial hubs such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Surat have begun their travel preparations. As ticket booking windows opened, regular trains bound for Uttar Pradesh and Bihar quickly filled to capacity, leading to long waiting lists. To address this demand, Northern Railway has officially announced the operation of a festival special train connecting Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar.
Schedule and Trip Details of Yog Nagari Rishikesh-Muzaffarpur Special
According to railway officials, the festival special service will operate between Yog Nagari Rishikesh in Uttarakhand and Muzaffarpur Junction in Bihar. Train number 04314 (Yog Nagari Rishikesh to Muzaffarpur Festival Special) will depart from Yog Nagari Rishikesh every Sunday at 15:20 hours between October 4 and November 29, arriving at Muzaffarpur the following day at 11:45 hours. In the return direction, Train number 04313 (Muzaffarpur to Yog Nagari Rishikesh Festival Special) will depart from Muzaffarpur every Monday at 13:15 hours between October 5 and November 30, reaching Yog Nagari Rishikesh at 11:15 hours the next day. The train will make a total of 9 trips in each direction. To accommodate diverse passenger demands, the service will feature AC, Sleeper, and General class coaches.
