Decades-Old Tradition in Palamu

Tenzin Rodrigues mentioned that his grandfather initiated this market in Palamu back in the year 1980, and the tradition has continued uninterrupted ever since. He expressed gratitude, noting that the residents of Daltonganj extend immense cooperation and support every single year. While traditional woolen garments used to command the highest demand in the early days, the popularity of fur-material clothing has grown steadily over time. Keeping this trend in view, a larger variety of fur sweaters, mufflers, coats, and other soft garments has been brought in this season.
