The secondary market sentiment around this offering is reflected in its grey market premium (GMP), which currently stands at ₹190. Based on the upper limit of the IPO price band set at ₹485 per share, the estimated listing price is calculated at approximately ₹675 per share. This indicates a potential listing upside of roughly 39% for successful applicants. The total issue size stands at ₹3,811.21 crore, structured as a combination of fresh capital creation and existing equity liquidation. Fresh equity shares worth ₹499.10 crore are being issued by the company, while existing investors are selling shares worth ₹3,311.21 crore through an Offer for Sale (OFS) mechanism. Meanwhile, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) booked 1.13 times their allotted quota by 10:54 AM on July 27. The share allotment process is expected to be finalized on July 28, following which the equity shares are scheduled to debut on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 30, 2026.
Institutional Backing and Fund Utilization Plans
Prior to opening for public bidding, the company secured robust backing from major domestic and global institutional players through its anchor book allocation. Prominent Indian asset management companies participating as anchor investors included ICICI Prudential AMC, HDFC Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, and Kotak Mahindra AMC. International participation was equally notable, with institutions such as Goldman Sachs, BlackRock Global Funds, and Societe Generale taking significant positions, providing a solid foundation of institutional confidence for the public issue.
Capital raised through the fresh issue segment of the public offer will be directed toward specific financial and strategic objectives. Out of the fresh proceeds, ₹400 crore will be utilized to clear existing debt obligations, either through complete payoff or partial debt reduction, thereby lowering overall interest burden and strengthening the balance sheet. The remaining funds generated from the fresh issue will be allocated to general corporate purposes, supporting routine operational expenses, business expansion initiatives, and ongoing corporate activities.
