Jaipur residents seeking municipal clearances and public services will soon be able to access multiple government facilities under a single roof through the Seva Setu Abhiyan 2026. The municipal corporation is set to organize special administrative camps across different municipal zone offices from October 7 to October 16. Designed as a citizen-centric outreach, this initiative will provide a common platform for resolving public grievances, securing official certificates and trade licenses, regularizing land deeds, and enrolling in social welfare programs.
Zone-Wise Schedule of Public Camps
According to the official rollout schedule, the outreach drive will begin on October 7 at the Sanganer zone office. Residents under the Mansarovar zone can attend the camp organized at their local office on October 8. On October 9, concurrent sessions will take place at the Vidyadhar Nagar and Murlipura zone offices. The drive will continue on October 12 with camps scheduled at the Jagatpura and Jhalana zone offices. On October 13, camps will operate in Jhotwara and Vaishali Nagar, followed by the Malviya Nagar zone office on October 14. During the concluding stretch, camps will be held on October 15 at Kishanpole and Hawa Mahal-Amer, while the final sessions will take place on October 16 at the Adarsh Nagar and Civil Lines zone offices.
Grievance Redressal for Civic Infrastructure, Roads, and Sanitation
The outreach camps will actively register and resolve public complaints concerning primary municipal infrastructure and public hygiene. Municipal teams will process grievances regarding street sanitation, patch repair work, and the restoration of damaged cement concrete (CC) and bituminous asphalt roads. Citizens can also file requests for repairing non-functional streetlights and maintaining or beautifying public squares. Dedicated counters will handle issues tied to the underground drainage network, including sewer pipe leakages, new sewer connections, damaged stormwater drains, missing ferro covers, and broken manholes. Furthermore, residents facing issues related to stray animals will be able to submit requests for their capture and relocation directly at the camp venues.
Issuance of Property Deeds, Building Approvals, and Trade Licenses
Urban administrative approvals and property documentation will form a major part of the services delivered during the drive. The civic body will process registrations and certificates for births, deaths, and marriages, alongside issuing fire NOCs, trade licenses, and commercial signage permits. Telecom infrastructure clearances, such as no-objection certificates for optical fiber cable (OFC) laying and mobile tower installation, will also be accepted. On the land and property front, the counters will manage EWS certificates, diverse land deeds (patta), land-use change clearances, property mutation, plot subdivision and reconstitution, building plan approvals, and lease exemption certificates. Camp attendees can also resolve urban development tax (UD tax) assessments and convert standard lease deeds into freehold land titles.
Facilitation of Pensions and Welfare Schemes
The municipal initiative will also serve as a single-window facilitation counter for multiple flagship social security schemes run by governmental departments. Civic teams will process proposals regarding the structural repair, renovation, and beautification of local schools, Anganwadi centers, and public institutional buildings. For social welfare beneficiaries, desks will be dedicated to enrolling and validating eligible citizens for Old Age Pension, Widow Pension, Disability Pension, and the Atal Pension Yojana. Energy assistance initiatives, including the Chief Minister Free Electricity Scheme and the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, will have dedicated support booths. Additionally, urban street vendors and small traders will be able to access financial inclusion and credit-linked welfare benefits under the PM SVANidhi se Samriddhi program.
