His ambitious itinerary covers more than 800 districts across the country, aimed at experiencing local cultural traditions, historical landmarks, and regional heritage at close quarters. A Bachelor of Science graduate, he has a prior track record of participating in environmental protection initiatives.
Promoting Environmental Protection and Sanatan Culture
The core objective of Gupta's journey is to gain a deeper understanding of Indian society while establishing a direct connection with the nation's youth. Alongside promoting the values of Sanatan culture, he is actively encouraging people to adopt a pure vegetarian lifestyle. Furthermore, he emphasizes environmental conservation and highlights the critical importance of water management, driven by the belief that water is essential for life. Nights in Tents and Walking with the Tricolor
Sharing details about his daily travel routine, Gupta highlights the overwhelming support he receives from citizens along his route. Locals frequently offer him meals, and when that is unavailable, he relies on modest roadside dhabas for sustenance. Rather than booking hostel rooms or commercial accommodation, he carries his own compact tent, setting it up for night shelter wherever dusk finds him. He continues his trek carrying a backpack filled with daily necessities and proudly holding the national tricolor flag.
Moving Ahead from Ballia and Life's Mission
After spending approximately 4 days continuing his march through his home district of Ballia, Gupta has moved forward toward his next destination. Wearing a specialized cap ordered online, he notes that truly understanding the diversity of India would have been impossible by staying within the comfort of home, which inspired him to take on this demanding expedition.
