During a direct interaction with Gen-Z youth in Gorakhpur, the Chief Minister emphasized that young citizens must look beyond conventional job seeking and cultivate the capacity to become innovators, entrepreneurs, and problem solvers. Earlier in the day, he celebrated Raksha Bandhan at his official residence, where young girls tied rakhis to him and received return gift hampers.

Addressing students in Gorakhpur at a time when national focus is firmly placed on Gen-Z, Yogi Adityanath stated that the core purpose of education extends far beyond obtaining academic degrees. He stressed that current efforts must concentrate on developing a skilled and capable youth force that actively creates new opportunities and skills across various sectors, rather than merely aspiring to become employees.
Highlighting the structural requirements for regional growth, the Chief Minister identified four vital pillars for the state's progress: the government, universities, industry, and the youth. He explained that a collaborative partnership among these four stakeholders is essential to drive economic advancement and institutional transformation across Uttar Pradesh.

Yogi Adityanath pointed out that the double-engine administration is actively building a robust ecosystem throughout Uttar Pradesh. This framework is designed to provide every young individual with equal opportunities to learn, launch entrepreneurial ventures, and excel in accordance with their individual aptitude, interests, and potential.
Alongside government initiatives, efforts are underway to expand political outreach among young demographics. Bharatiya Janata Party President Nitin Nabin has convened an important meeting on Saturday to discuss youth engagement strategies, inviting senior leaders including Anurag Thakur and Ravi Kishan to deliberate on key youth initiatives.
Raksha Bandhan Celebrations and Educational Access
At the Chief Minister's residence, the Raksha Bandhan celebrations saw young girls tying rakhis to Yogi Adityanath. The Chief Minister presented them with gift hampers, engaged in warm conversations, and posed for photographs. Reflecting on past governance challenges, he noted that girls once hesitated to attend school due to security concerns, whereas today they go to educational institutions with confidence and safety.
Sharing an anecdote from his early days as Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath recalled how observing the difficulties faced by schoolgirls inspired the launch of state schemes providing free uniforms and textbooks. He reiterated that securing a safe environment and ensuring equal educational access for girls remain central to state governance policy.
