Upon learning about the critical condition of her brother and the urgent need for a liver transplant, his cousin Hiteshi Rathore made the courageous decision to donate a portion of her own liver without a moment's hesitation. Hiteshi, who lives in a joint family and is unmarried with five siblings, stepped forward while Gajraj Singh's only sister was already married.
